[Antennas] anyone have experience with the HyGain DIS-71?

I could not get the PDF file to download properly for some reason, but
from what I recall ... this is simply a dipole that you can rotate ... so 
...
What's the present setup there now? Maybe there's another idea or two
to consider as part of the process ...
