[Antennas] Mosley Classic 33 Balun?

OK Don, the only other things are I should have used the word "stops" rather
than "decouples" where shield grounding is concerned. Of course only a Balun
"decouples" ;-) Coiling the feedline "chokes" RF, grounding "shorts" it.
I did note that users of your particular antenna think it important to do
this for best radiation pattern. In my opinion that's an incorrect
statement, there would be no difference in the radiation pattern whether it
was choked or shield-grounded or neither. But if the antenna requires
radials then of course the pattern would be affected by the lack of them.
