Dear Danny, et al,
The best I can do, short of scanning in the article, is to give you the
dimensions of the 80 m version and take it for granted that it scales
linearly for other bands.
Flat Top Length (3.8 MHz): 116 ft.
Diagonal lengths(3.8 MHz): 78 ft.
Remember, it's an upside down Delta loop and can be fed at either end or
from the bottom vertex.
The vertical pattern shows the lobes at 20 deg when fed from either end and
at 28 deg when fed at the bottom vertex.
It's kind of hard to feed it from the end, if it's really up high. I feed my
20 m version from the bottom.
