If it is omnidirectional, then you would really only need to work half way
around the world, with a real directional antenna you might work all the way
round the world, but since the other station is next to you.....(HI) you
could just turn your antenna and the station would be a lot stronger (since
he is right next to you)... Just kiddin, glad you are successful with an
antenna that is that low, sometimes height is not an option.
