[Antennas] Fiberglass Paint

I need to paint the fiberglass spreaders for a quad I recently obtained.
They are presently in their manufactured state (never used but 20 years old)
and should be protected from UV. I prefer to color them green for camouflage
with spray paint(Krylon) from Wal-Mart. I have heard comments as to the
right and wrong types of paint (another reflector) with respect to it's
conductive properties. I am not familiar with this problem and wondered if
anyone else was.
