Hi Tom,
"12 is going to die" means the 12 meter band's
propagation will be poor during the 11-year sunspot
cycle decline. In a year or two, propagation above
21MHz will be pretty crappy.
Now, if he'd said "12 ARE going to die" I would have
been more worried!
Wanting to be #13,
