I've also been noticing the crank-up quads (usually two per vehicle) on a
few of the US APCs. There seems to be a total of 4 verticals and the two
quads on each vehicle... Quad elements Set parallel to the vehicle while
underway but raised (and rotated?) when stationary. Looks like about 12-15'
per leg - so about 48-60' per element or something like the 15-20 M bands
??
The 'Information' War has arrived. Next, I'm expecting someone to startup
an "ALL WAR - ALL THE TIME" cable channel. Currently, there are quite a few
countries with almost daily) military actions underway - including on-going
civil wars.
Iraq
Afghanistan
The Philippines
Sierra Leone
Central African Republic
Sri-Lanka
US-Mexican border area (yup -- shooting and all)
Columbia
Bolivia
Venezuela (on the verge of a new civil war ?)
Israel and the occupied territories of Gaza and the West Bank
Indonesia
Pakistan-Afghan border area
Kashmir Province of India (or Pakistan, depending on your political view)
Bosnia
North-South Korea border area
Myanmar (previously, Burma)
Chechen republic (Chechnya)
-- and others --
