Kevin,
According to the Ten-Tec web site, the roller
inductor has a max. value of 18 microHenries,
and the capacitor is rated to 3.5 kV:

If you know someone who owns a Ten-Tec
238B, just ask them to look up the capacitor
value on their schematic diagram. Otherwise,
try calling Ten-Tec. They're pretty helpful and
might be willing to tell you what the value is,
even if you plan to build your own
