All the choices you have listed will work well for a number of years. It
boils down to personal preference.
I would choose #14 stranded THHN because its available (try Home Depot or
Lowes) and I can easily solder to the wire. The insulation protects the
copper from atmospheric (SO2 etc) corrosion. The remaining joints can be
wiped or sprayed with varnish. I'm not worried about the wire stretching
when using a tuner. I've had solid vinyl insulated wire up for over 20 years
and the copper under the vinyl is still bright.
You could choose a wire color (maybe green?) to help hide the wire in some
instances.
