very true, BUT,, the impedance at the transmitter can change greatly with the change of feedline length.

Yes 1/2 wave multiples do just repeat the feed point impedance, very true,BUT,, again now how do you get a 1/2 wave on all 3 bands? 20, 15, 10? 20 and ten,, yes, but I suppose the man wants to use a TRI bander he did buy one afterall.
I was just relaying from he manufacturer what they said to do, and it worked perfectly All I did was to add some to the feedline.
