[Antennas] Tesla antenna?

A while back, I heard a fellow on 10 meters speaking about his antenna. He
said it was some design by Nikola Tesla. Not sure of the exact details, but
it had something to do with the spacing, size, and number of phased
elements. This guy went on and on for about 30 minutes (continualy!) about
the antenna. I wanted to contact him after his qso for more info, but he
signed and I received no reply from him when I called.
Anyone have any idea of what it was?
