[Antennas] Double Bazooka

Years ago I had up a double bazooka on 160 which I was quite happy with
and I would like to put up another. I've found several websites which
provide the specifications, however, they all simply say to calculate
the length of the center section by the formula 325/FMhz. I am assuming
that this means the center section should be an electrical half-wave and
that this formula is only valid if you are using coax with a velocity
factor of .66. I am also assuming that if you used coax with a
different velocity factor that the formula would be adjusted
accordingly, e.g. for coax with a velocity factor of .80, use the
formula 394/FMhz.
Does anyone know if this is correct?
