[Antennas] Antenna Rotor Info needed

I have two pieces, a motor and a controler. I dont think they gio 
togetere, buy maybe they do, or at least maybe they CAN.
The controler is a CDR with a tag that states, "Use on AR-22 rotor only" 
 It has 4 terminals on the back labeled 1,2,3,&4 but no other information. 
The Rotor motor has only one casting number on the antenna mount 
casting, "13033 YI 14" , nothing else. It is a small rotor, probably 
for a TV antenna with a rectangular motor housing offset to one side of 
the access with two mast mount clamps on the end of the box and two on 
the antenna mount. It has three connections on the bottom labeled 
1,2,&3. I assume it is common, right, and left, but which is which 
Idont know.
Can anyone identify the rotor and can it be used with the controler??? 
 Nyone know what the 4 conections on the controler are???
