[Antennas] Toroidal Common-Mode Filter Source?

I'm getting close to putting up the Lightning Bolt 2-element 5-band Quad
and I think I should probably install a common-mode toroidal filter up
on the tower close to the feed point on the antenna??? And as a
relative 'newbie' I'd appreciate your comments, suggestions, wisdom,
experience, etc...
Also, would one of you Gentlemen have your copy of "Low Band DXing"
handy??? In the book John mentions the source for toroids for building
a toroidal common-mode filter... I recall he also mentions a certain
type of coax that is a good fit for these toroids... Would one of you
chaps consider looking up and passing along this info??? My copy has
been out on loan for awhile... Thanks...
