Use caution and good judgement routeing a lightning down lead into the
concrete base supporting a tower for a ground. Preferredly don't! A
lightning hit can produce some spectacular results to your concrete! Route
the lead to ground bypassing the concrete. If you must (for some unknown
reason) route the lightning ground downlead through the base construct
provide a open conduit for routeing this lead.
