[Antennas] SWR dipole

Thanx to all who responded. The antenna seems to work well, and I'll use
it as a portable.
It has been pointed out that it is an end fed coaxial dipole and has
been described by W2OZH in Aug 91 QST.
Heck, I thought I invented the thing. (Hi, Hi).
One last question, do vertical dipoles perform better as high as
possible or closer to the ground??
