I would contact MFJ for the manual first and get familiar with the
instrument and its uses. Lots of ways to use a NB - too many to try to
cover here. The ARRL Handbook should have a writeup on them, plus you might
check the QST or CQ ads and see if any are currently being offered and send
off for their material.
Check the MFJ website first, would be my suggestion.
