[Antennas] comments on butternut vertical [hf-9v]

I have my eye on a butternut vertical antenna [hf-9v] because of its price and the amount of bands it offers. I assume that this antenna is made of aluminum and is mounted like the vertical cushcrafts? How does this antenna perform in the wind? And what is your over all impression of this antenna? Thanks
