If it were me, I'd use the coax to get out of the house to limit the RF in the house. I'd then run as long of a wire as possible from the center conductor and then from the braid, I'd drop radials thoughout the backyard. You can choke the coax at your feed point in order to reduce the amount of RF coming back down the coax into your shack. Run about 8-10 turns of your coax at about a 6" diameter and tie those together using some tie wraps. It really doesn't have to be too technical.
