[Antennas] Comm wire for loop?

If memory still serves, (retired almost 8 years ago) the wire is
4 strands of steel, and 3 strands of copper. It has a breaking
strength of about 400 pounds. The copper is as copper is, 
I don't know about the steel. I used it as a make-shift random
wire in the Gulf War, was able to complete P-P traffic stateside,
so something was working.
