I have not checked the archives so can't comment on those posts, but here's 
another lead...................
The best information I've found on CFA antennas is on the Antennex site, 
www.antennex.com There are number of articles, including a very detailed 
construction article on a 160 meter CFA. Matching section and tuning 
information is included, which should increase the radiation from that of a 
Heath Cantenna to ???? There's one big problem - it's a subscription site. 
While some information is available for everyone, you will need to 
subscribe for the CFA data.
I also saw an article in the TRW Amateur Radio Club (w6trw) newsletter, 
where a member built a 15 meter CFA. He was quite happy with the 
performance, but if 15 is open, you don't need much of an antenna.
