tom there are times to speak out and times to ignore.. in ohio all it
takes is a license plate # and a 1ドル to the state and ohio will send you the
owners name address etc... its best to let these particular bad boys alone
unless you can sleep with one eye open.. providing documentation or
letting them see your car and having your name show up on an fcc report is
hazzardess to ones health around here... however you are certainly welcome
to "come on down" and give them ole boys a"can-o-whupass" 73 paul w8jn
The FCC can be too slow to deal with a problem like that.

Like I asked Paul...did you report him?
Anyone doing this kind of crap is endangering our
hobby, and I've been doing it for 45 years now and don't want the
amateur bands to go away.
I'll bet that if you saw someone being robbed, you would at
least report it to the authorities. This guy is trying to steal our hobby.
