I can't wait for the first lightning strike or extreme dissipation event 
that heats up the concrete and leaves it closer to dried out powder, 
whether the concrete is conductive or not. I don't think this is a 
very good idea, or indeed a good investment for anyone with a tower, for 
a broadcaster, it would be an economic disaster.
