[Antennas] Noise

I'd be inclined to put a cap at the blinking LED. Check the computer unit 
for ground; I'll bet it's floating. You might be able to fashion a Faraday 
shield from aluminum foil and wire ties to shield the computer and strap 
the "shield" to ground. The suspect Ford also had the noise when you turned 
on the key. I was using a scanner with a stubby antenna to sniff for RF and 
could hear it from yards away!
