[Antennas] Insulator for loop antenna tubing

I'm just mentally doing the planning for a rectangular magloop
antenna of maybe 1 inch copper pipe, 6 ft tall and 4 foot wide.
The bottom pipe, of course, must be split, that's where the 
tuning cap goes. I am wondering if any hardware or homebrew
wizard has a recommendation on what i could use as an insulator
to go in this gap but rigidly hold the ends together. The cap
will go in box underneath, that's not a problem.
