A second source that you might consider is pole line utility suppliers.
That is the industry that I am in and have use Western Power Products
pulleys (we call them "snatch blocks" because they can be opened for
insertion in any portion of the line at any time) for the last 30 years.
These units have ball bearings, aluminum housings and races for light
weight. A common hand line size will accomodate 1/16" up to 1/2" lines, all
without ever binding. I took two of them with me to use in the erection of
the low band towers at XZ0A in January, 2000.
They are a bit pricey, perhaps 80ドル-90 at this time, but are good for a
lifetime of hard, daily use. Good luck.
