[Antennas] Tower Refurbishing

I've recently become the new owner of about 50 ft. of Rohn 25=
 tower. In 
general it is good mechanical shape but there are some spots on=
 each 
section with light surface rust. Is there a preferred type/brand=
 of 
primer and paint to use when painting towers?
I already purchased genuine Rohn replacement bolts. When this=
 gets 
re-assembled is there any recommended practice for treating the=
 bolts 
or tower sections where they fit together?
