[Antennas] antenna overhanging neighbors property

Two legal points:
1-in most US jurisdictions an overhanging antenna would be considered a
trespass and could be most likely summarily abated by the neighbor removing
it.
2-if one is going to overhang an antenna on adjacent property the best thing
one could do is to get an deeded easement to do so which would prevent the
neighbor from changing his/her mind later.
