The Times site is a very useful site. I was surprised to not find RG-8 on
the list. 
However, this gives average power. How would I determine the peak power. 
Let's say 0.01 duty cycle pulse. I would assume more power could be used.
Do I figure the RMS of the signal, or the average of the signal, and
consider that as the average power? Does the breakdown voltage come into
play? To make things simple, let's assume 50 Ohm load.
