[Antennas] Balanced line optimum conductor spacing?

Hi all,
My rule of thumb is to make the balanced line as wide as possible but
not narrower then wavelength/200 on the highest frequency to be used.
Also use as few spacers as possible ( best to be avoided by wide spacing and 
heavy pull on the wires ), preferable ptfe.
Bare copperwire as thick as mechanically possible is the best.
With that in mind efficiency will be optimum and losses on the feeder and in 
within the tuner are at minimum.
