If you want to get on 20 M first there should be no problem supporting a
dipole at 9 meters. You can feed it with 50 ohm coax cable and coil the
cable up near the feed point to make your own balun.
The coax coil should be 5 to 10 wounds on a diameter of 25 cm. Length of
dipole is 300 / frequency (Mhz)(CW / SSB ?) x 0.95 / 2 for a half wave
dipole.
Nearest city where I know they sell radio amateur antennas in your area is
Singapore, but the dipole is a fairly easy antenna to construct ( just
remember to use sun lotion factor +++ ).
If you can later feed the antenna with open ladderline and via a antenna
tuner you will see it can load up on a number of other bands.

ok dear om:
i have two masts with 9m high each one and now i don't
have any antena for HF so if i can build one for 20m
it's a start and then i can build for the other bands

i build a delta loop but do not work because i have
not a balun ok
then i build a dipole for 20m but do not work either
so any ideia is welcome because i pass the all day at
the sun and 40 degrees i am all red monting the
antenas and in the end they do not work so that the
info here in this land far away of everything in the
end of the world
tell me if in your city have a store with antenas for
radio amateurs?
