Couple of comments... It should work as a rotatable dipole
the same way "Hamstick" puts two of there mobile whips
together as a dipole. I would suggest something like the old
inclosed "Hustler" which has a small profile and would be
usable as rotating dipole on 80,40,20,15,10. The other comment
would be that you need to be able to rotate it 180 degrees, not 90
degrees if 360 degree coverage is needed. The secret of such
a devise would be to have the mast go above the dipole some
6-7 feet and use non-conductive material to support the tips
from drooping.
