Just as a point of reference ... the 520s is, at best 200W INPUT,
or about 80 to 120 watts OUTPUT depending on the band and
the conditions of the 2x 6146's used as the finals ...

The RF problems/performance you note per band seem about right
for the setup you are using ... As Randy suggested, a form of the
G5RV type of antenna, used with your AT200 could go a long way
toward helping solve the issues there.
Also as you operate more, you'll begin to have a better understanding
of HF prop by band, and time of day ... and how the sunspot level
can impact your results.
I'd also suggest some time with the back issues of QST and look
at the stealth antenna articles from previous years for some ideas.
