"On a TR-44/CD-44 it will have stamped "TR-44 SER 3 235" or "CD-44 SER 3 =
647." In the case of the TR-44 it is a series 3 and it was made in 1972, =
the 35th week of that year. In the case of the CD-44, it is also a =
series 3; it was made in 1976, the 47th week of that year. The TR-44 =
rotor and the CD-44 rotor are identical; the only difference in the two =
was a control box design change."
Now someone with the appropriate knowledge clue me in ... does this mean =
that the controller for a CD-44 will or will not work with the TR-44??
Yes I am still fighting this battle ...
I am about to be the proud owner of a CD-44 rotor controller and need to =
know if it will in fact work ...
