[Antennas] Twin lead 450 Ohm

Very easy to test. Just use the instructions for the Autek RF-1 analyzer. 
You take a given length and measure it's low impedance point (I believe) and 
apply it in a formula. I've checked 450 ohm ladder line in air, on the 
ground, and wet on the ground and there is very little difference in loss. 
It would be very easy to put some inside PVC and test it.
