More so... DO NOT FORGET ABOUT STATIC BUILDUP! It is easy to get
several KV build up with a nice breeze. ALWAYS us a drain resistor to
ground, a couple of 100K will do, to reduce the potential. OR it may
take you right off your feet 8-).

For kite or balloon supported antennas one should always make doubly
sure there are no high voltage power liner anywhere near where the
antenna, in falling, might come into contact with such. Many a ham (and
CBer, too) has been killed by things like antennas that come into
contact with power lines. Yeah, I know, "It can't happen to me."
Just be sure, rather than sorry.
