[Antennas] multiple dipoles \ one feed

Ed,
I've had various arrays of multiband dipoles, and YES, they interact.
When I lived in a 3 story apt bldg, gg to College a few years ago, I used to
sneak into the attic once in a while and put up all kinds
of wild antennas.
One of them was a 40/30/20/15/10 & 6m dipole. It was more or less horizontal
and Z shaped (at least on 40m it was in the shape of a Z), the other bands
it was pretty much straight.
As always, I started tweaking the high bands first, then worked my way down
to 40m. I barely had to go back and re-tweak anything
when I was all done and it worked VERY well in the attic on ALL bands
running 25w.
I have found that by fanning the wires out and keeping them as far away from
each other as possible usually seems to work best.
(At least for me anyway.)
Good luck with it!
Always like those no-tuner, multiband antennas !
They're Grrrrreat!

I am planning on cannibalizing an 80 meter dipole and making a combination
4020円6円 on one feedline. [coax] Any pointers would be appreciated or any
hints. Do these bands play together OK on one feed?
