[Antennas] Follow up -- RF

I wanted to follow up on the problems I was having and to thank
you all for your help.
What was happening is the Larsen though the glass antenna
I had on the tinted back window of my SUV was causing RF
to get into the GPS unit and cause it to reset. It would take about
4-5 minutes to reset, then the tiny track II would transmit again
and the cycle would start over.
Yesterday I put the tiny trak II under the front seat to get some 
separation but it did not cure the problem. Today, I dug up a old
19" whip and mag mount I had and put it on top of the SUV and
everything works great!
It is strange because the antenna seemed to be working and the SWR
was fine but I guess something in the tinted windows was bouncing RF
back into the SUV and the separation was just not enough. I have snap on
cores on all the lines so was puzzled as to how the RF was feeding back.
I took the tiny trak II all apart yesterday and checked everything, and it was
fine.
This problem would not happen every time I transmitted just some of the
time and that was why it was hard to track down. I gave it a good test today
and everything is fine.
Now, I will have to try to find some low profile 2 meter and dual band antennas
that I can use on my SUV and still get into the garage.
