Here's some great info about LPDA's.

At the bottom of the page is a 12 element 32' boom LPDA.
Avg gain is close 7.3 dBi.
Therefor I guess a T8 has ~ 6 dBi avg gain , don't know if anyone
modeled a T8 before but 5.8 dBd seems kinda high.
The Force12 XR5 has about the same gain , but costs a bit more.
Would like to try one of them Tennadyne's one day .
