Those towers have no connection to any kind of communication ham or
comercial (yet).
They are the remnants of the "Texas Fly By Wire" (see
http://www.flybywire.co.nz/ )
a place that had small aircraft that looked like swamp boats and flew
around on wires suspended by the 180 foot towers.
The placement of the ride was not taken well by the community and closed
