[Antennas] Probably a Dumb Question

For what it's worth, I'm running an FT-100 in my Focus station wagon, to a 
Vectronics ant tuner on the floor in the back seat, to a 12' whip in the 
middle of the roof (4 magnets). It's a killer dx ant on all bands from 20 - 
10m. Wkd a 3B8 last weekend on cw. It's usual to beat-out stns in pileups.
