<br>Changes:<br><br>- Specified that a package may remain provisional for longer than a single minor release<br>- Shortened the suggested documentation notice, linking to the glossary which will contain the full text<br>
- Adding a notice to the package's docstring, which may be programmatically inspected.<br>
