Update build.sh instructions:
- use unprivileged builds, since most users won't want to build
as root.
- use aarch64 as an example rather than sparc64, so the
machine-arch difference is clear.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.10 -r1.11 htdocs/docs/guide/en/chap-build.xml
