mac68k: remove generated default.xml from CVS
It contains a reference to the path of the local catalog, which would
create unnecessary diffs.
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -u -r1.1 -r0 htdocs/ports/mac68k/info/default.xml

copyright notices on the relevant files.
