Remove some known hardware-specific bugs:
* The 53c810 driver is buggy.
 according to Jason Thorpe
 (http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-alpha/2002/11/23/0001.html)
 this is no longer true.
* The z8530 driver is very buggy.
 in 2.0 this driver was replaced by a MI zstty driver and it works much
 better for me on my DEC 3000 - 600, so I guess this is also no longer
 true.
