boot(8) diffs

I have put some diffs to boot(8) at:
<ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/rjs/boot.diff>
They add a 'multiboot' command to allow Xen to be loaded without needing
Grub.
A review would be welcome before I commit them.
