I found this message with pci_conf_debug=1.

PCI bus 1 - no devices
I am seen not to be able to read the configuration space of the opposite
of ppb(4) the cause in com console case.
However can read configuration space in vga console case.
I seem firmware is not support the multi function card.
hmm... I giving up. X-<
