Import into wip/qmpdclient
Log Message:
Import qmpdclient-1.1.2 as wip/qmpdclient.
QMPDClient is Qt4 based mpd client, originally developed by Havard
Tautra Knutsen. Set of patches developed by community was then called
"QMPDClient-ne". Now it became mainline.

* Storing & using playlists

* Tray notifications (Freedesktop too)

* Shoutcast (unstable, see shoutcast branch in git)
