Move Pre-Build to Pre-Patch, so patches can be applied;
Add patches to work around defect in mutex manipulation;
add patch to attempt to get the users subscription list from Yahoo
To generate a diff of this commit:
cvs rdiff -r0 -r1.1 wip/jcr-yahoo/patches/patch-aa \
wip/jcr-yahoo/patches/patch-ab
