Thanks for the feedback. I have added a COMMIT_MSG file. This file reads like a CHANGELOG based on looking at some other packages.
Is there a way to automate (or at least semi-automate) populating this ?
When should I be updating this file ?
As for the DESCR - I just used the main description from their Github - which is in Markdown format of course. I just wanted to use their information and not try to reinvent this. I also line wrapped at 78 so some of the lines are a bit awkward.
